| Speaker Bio:=0D=0A | =0D=0APeter H Friedman is the owner of Peter H Friedm=
an CPA a firm consults in regards to and specializes in e-commerce, indirec=
t taxation, and US GAAP accounting issues. The firm also provides Interim C=
FO’s to various industries. He is also a Director in a web portal that prov=
ides US Multistate tax compliance to ecommerce businesses. The portal speci=
alizes in businesses that utilize digitally downloaded or streaming video s=
oftware to deliver their product. Mr. Friedman is a contributing author to =
the Business & Legal Primer for Game Development one of the textbooks in th=
e Game Development Series published by Charles River Media. He has attended=
the annual U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Government-Business For=
um on Small Business Capital Formation since 1992. Mr. Friedman was intervi=
ewed for the magazine Business 2.0 in regards to internet multistate taxati=
on and was an expert witness at the US Government ECommerce Tax Advisory Co=
mmission public forums. He contributed to the Independent Game Developers A=
ssociation 2003, 2004 and 2005 Online Game White Paper on legal, tax and fi=
nancial issues of wireless gaming. He has lectured in front of various Stat=
e Bar and CPA Societies on multistate and international tax issues of elect=
ronic commerce and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Mr. Friedman lectured in=
December 2002 on US multistate issues at the seminar entitled “Emerging Is=
sues in online Entertainment and Interactive Gaming Operations. He lectured=
at the Electronic Frontier Forum track at Dragon*Con in Atlanta in 2003, 2=
004, 2005 and 2006 on indirect taxation of ecommerce and nexus as well as a=
panel member on licensing artwork to a t-shirt manufacturing company. Mr. =
Friedman is licensed as a CPA in the States of New Hampshire and New York. =
